Not at all. While Kaafal is deeply inspired by pahadi culture and identity, our pieces are made for anyone who connects with thoughtful design, storytelling, and meaningful products. If you come from the hills, it may feel like home. And if you don’t, it can still be a way to discover and connect with the stories, culture, and spirit of the mountains.

We pay close attention to both story and quality. At Kaafal, you’re not just paying for a print on a product, you’re investing in something that is thoughtfully designed, culturally meaningful, and made to last.

Our apparel is made using premium cotton and highest quality fabrics chosen for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Depending on the style, we use fabric weights like 180 GSM for regular T- shirts, 240 GSM & 260 GSM for oversized Tshirts, and up to 400 GSM for select winterwear, so the feel, fall, warmth, and comfort stay true to the product. We also focus on good stitching quality, soft and breathable fabrics and long-lasting print quality made to hold up over time.

For our non-apparel products too, we use materials that feel worth keeping or gifting, like thick 300 GSM premium paper for postcards, good-quality prints and finishes for mugs and stickers, and strong magnets with a neat finish for fridge magnets.

Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. Since some styles are oversized and others are regular fit, we recommend checking the measurements before ordering. If you’re still unsure, we’re always just an Instagram DM or WhatsApp message away.

Yes, we ship across India. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours, and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location (most orders are delivered within 7-10 days). You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped. We also offer free delivery on prepaid orders.

Yes, we offer size exchanges and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, subject to our policy conditions. Please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition. For damaged items, we recommend keeping an unboxing / unpacking video, as it may be required for verification.

Absolutely! Our products are made to be worn and loved, not just looked at. We use high-quality printing methods to ensure the prints look rich, feel good, and hold up well over time. Every product is carefully sampled and thoroughly tested before release to make sure the fabric, fit, print, and overall finish meet our standards.

To help your piece last longer, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water, avoiding bleach and not ironing directly on the print. With the right care, the fabric, fit, and print should continue to look and feel good for a long time.
